Windows server .htaccess Seo problem

I have a windows 2003 server. If ş buy php link directory sctipt, can i do seo? Because you have .htaccess for apache servers, but i have win serv. So i tried, and links urls dont work. If i buy, how to fix it?

There is something called Isapi Rewrite (http://www.isapirewrite.com/). We may be able to help if you have that. Otherwise, it just isn't possible.
