Regional view different from normal view

Is it possible to change the way the regions are viewed from an horizontal list to vertical list, just like the normal view?

I reviewed the two views on the demo, and I don't see what you mean.
Can you explain more?

In Normal view the categories are listed:

A D
B E
C F

In Regional view the countries are listed:

A B C
D E F

I would like to see the regional view listed the same way as the normal view.
