How to upgrade to v3.02 from v2.0

I have a directory i'm running version 2.0 on and I really want to upgrade to version 3.02 but I can find no real instructions on how it can be done. Is there any more detailed documentation on upgrading phpld?

I have already tried uploading all files and running the doc/install file and here are my results when I attempt to login to admin

I just bought the script. While waiting to get access I find it really strange that a script is for sale without any upgrade instructions!!

How anyone could complain about the pricing for this great script is far far beyond me.

then again, everyone expects everything for free.

3.02 does contain installation instructions, so you could start from a fresh install, because being that you were provided a FREE 2.0 script, i'm sure nobody has joined your directory and a fresh install wouldn't make a difference, right?

Not everyone purchasing 3.02 is coming from a FREE 2.0 (like yourself)
Obviously those coming from a 2.0 FREE script are having success, and yet, they want to complain about giving back? Does it get any more hypocritical?

Usually you go through the install/upgrade process like in phpLD2. The script will do all needed changes automatically.

Any current templates using 2.0 will not work with 3.02 since the template system was re-done to be valid XHTML.
