problem in image displayed on submit page

when i click on submit a link . a image is displayed .This image is not clear and no one read code shown in that image. I checked captcha class but there is problem that imagettftext can't write on that image but when i submit this page it check with that text which is not shown is code. I am unable to understand why code is not display on image

If you would update to phpLD 3.0+ you wouldn't have problems with captcha ;)

Can we see your directory to have a better ideea on how it looks like?
We had also several reports in the past for code not being shown in the image because the script couldn't read some fonts... so check again fonts and make them readable.
