Link: (can't post it yet due to my post count but I can PM it to you. )

I know these questions are probably asked a lot, but I searched and came up with nill. If you know of a thread that answers my question(s) please link me, thank you.

First, how can I get rid of this?

"Configuration file is still writeable by the user the webserver runs under. This poses a major security risk. . ."

Seems pretty important so I definitely want to rid my admin panel of that first.

Next, if you click on "Link Here" under resources on my website the page just opens up to a duplicate of the page you were just one. I know this is probably because I haven't set some feature up. . .

Next, I want to get rid of those host gator ads and add different ones, can I do that? (This site was set up for me by a third party and they didn't offer me much support. I am guessing they added the adverts)

How can I add a different style and mods?

I am just getting use to this software. I must say I am very impressed with how user friendly it has been thus far. Thank you so much for making this software and for the support!

Link: you can post the url as domain.tld, without the http or www

Config error: http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23593&highlight=Configuration

link here: would need to see site

template: there are a ton of different templates available, i would assume you could get rid of them...depending on where they are located, there again would need to see site...check your main.tpl, link.tpl, footer.tpl, header.tpl and something like left.tpl or left_side.tpl same with right.tpl or right_side.tpl

mods: Content visible to registered users only. Mods and contribution Discussion (http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=11)

Thank you so much for your help.

Link is xeenit.com/directory

Also, something else I noticed as I was testing the system. I ordered a featured link without having to pay for it. I got to the page where I was suppose to click the paypal button and pay for the link but I just pressed home. Then, I went to the approve link section and that link was there.

I have enabled featured links and I do have a $5 charge and have added my paypal. How can I prevent this bypass? Thanks.

Please answer questions before that you needed the link for.

Thanks!

We have it that way due to possible problems in the ipn. Nothing is bypassed as the links still have to be approved.

If you look under payments you will find that it will say pending.
