I recently purchased the v3 application and I was wondering what's the next step. Will I be receiving a email with download instructions or do I go into my account and download the application. and if I have to wait for an email, what's the normal duration wait time to receive the dowmload application from purchase date.

You will download it from your account.

You will have to validate the email and depending on the purchase it may be a couple of hours for the verification to take place.
