Allow multiple submit not working properly

I have set the 'Allow multiple submit' option in the admin area to 'No' yet the system still allows people to submit the same URL over and over.. I briefly dug through the tables looking for the setting in the raw to see if it was being updated properly.. But had no real luck looking..

Thoughts on why it might not work or where I can dig in the tables to find the issue??

this has come up a ton of times before, search the forums for a solution...
what version... i may be able to help you along in finding a solution

The version the regional directory.. So I'm guessing it's based off of Ver. 2 code..

I found it - thanks - I guess I should have search harder before..

Apparently just a typo in the source code :-/

We may think about upgrading the Regional to work off the 3.0 source code as well if we can find the time to fit this into the dev schedule. :)
