I installed the skyblue template and I must say it is awesome...The only problem I have is changing the logo. The gif files keep comin up choppy..anyone have this prob? thx

You might compare the dimensions of the gif file to the ones listed in the header.tpl file. If all you did was replace the image with one named the same, then it might now be displaying correctly.

thx for your reply...I already matched dimensions to original logo. and I can't find any dim. in header.tpl file. What I would like to do is use a .jpg image. I just don't know how to change that in the script. I am new to css....:)

Open your editor that you use, say HTML-Kit, which is what I use and it's excellent, then open the header.tpl, do CTRL+F and then find as logo.gif or whatever the name of the logo is with gif extension and it will find it, then you can change the dimension there as to what you have it as on the image editor.
