cool site

I tried searching but did not find anything.

I would like to make it possible for the admin to add a cool site picture or star or whatever next to a listing. an editors favorite

when this has been added by the admin the listing should also appear on top of the regular listings.

Is this possible or has this already been made?

not made yet, that I know of, but it is possible. It would take a bit of work to get it done though, and I dont think you would find many to do it free.

Post an offer for the mod, and see if someone takes you up on it.

I have been thinking about donations and offering money for mods but I'm new at this I really don't know how much work it is to write something like this for instance.

I'm clueless when it comes to php and any other coding besides "just" html

I did something similar to what you are asking but instead of an admin supplied image I allowed for sponsored members to ad a logo icon next to their supported listing. Am going to offer the same for my phplb script but am working on other things for it right now so I have yet to get to that point. You can see how a sponsored listing looks within my other directory at the following url:
