Remove "submit link"

This may seem like a strange question but is there a way for me to remove the "submit link" option, so that i would have to be contacted by email regarding a submission.

Change the content of /templates/submit.tpl and add your text along with an email address instead of the complete form.

You mean the link to submit.php?
It's in tob_bar.tpl usually...
