Additional listing Category like Super Featured

How can we add a additional listing category? I mean a category which comes above the regular and featured listing.
Is it possible? Iam using phpld3.x

I am not 100% what you are looking for, but this might be close;

What is the promotional Mod?
This mod will show a directory link either on the Home Page or on any Selected category Page.
Directory link owners can make their site "premium" by paying a fee.
They can select for how long and the location of this upgrade.
If they choose The home page, then their link will be shown on the home page in the center and on Top of sites like "Top Hits, Latest Links, ..."
If they choose Category, they can select which category and their link will be shown at the top of the selected category Page
The terms available are any number of day's, weeks or even months.
With a separate price for days, weeks and months for the Home page and a separate price for a category Page.

Pretty easy to do add a field to the link table call it chosen or whatever.

Then it is a simple as adding a new select statement to chose the ones that are chosen=1
then palcing the code in the main.tpl above the featured.

That is if you want to process them manually and not have extra charge on submit page.
