If you are looking for a designer for your phpLD site, there are many options available. You might want to start by looking at the portfolio from the phpLD team. We’ve been consistently building templates for many years, and are familiar with coding standards for both making W3 Validated sites, and using smarty. If you would like to get a quote from us, simply submit a new job, and we’ll discuss your ideas with you and give you a good idea of the cost.
