I tried to update one of my phpld directories with the new version early this week. I just wanted to update one of them, to make sure everything would be ok, which ended up being a good thing.
I deleted all my old files, uploaded the new version, and went to install, and got this error:

I deleted all the files, tried again, and got the same error. I checked the site, all seemed to working well, so I left it all alone. The next day, I tried to log into the admin panel, but I no longer can, I get the same error.
I did a search through the forums, but not luck. Any suggestions?
PS. I uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times, always getting the same error.
Answer from James: you probably didnt upload the admin and install template folder when upgrading or overwrote them with old ones one when reuploading your template.
Upload the template/admin/ folder again from the zip file.
