We just upgraded our support forum to make it a little more user friendly, as well as increase our ability to add features to the forum in the future. What we did was pull phpBB out of the Mambo CMS, and now it is running independently. We hope this change will help us to continue to offer our users excellent support.

Update: We are no longer using Mambo (or Joomla) and now use our own custom CMS.

Update March 6, 2011: We also have moved away from phpBB. The main reason is phpBB went years without a major update, and vBulletin quickly became the leader. We have been using vBulletin for a number of years now, and have been very happy with the results.
