Improved Google Maps Widget – it is full screen and responsive

Maps Icons – We make use of an open source icon set so you can choose from a variety of icons for each listing that appears on the maps.

Places – There is a new menu item in the admin called places as well as a widget that displays those places. For each place you can set the map focal point, and the zoom level. And for each business listing you can assign it to a place.

New Ad Widget – Working in conjunction with the media manager, you can upload images from your computer or upload them from a URL. The Ad widget displays 125 by 125 ads that are set to No Follow, which is often considered a good practice for any link that is site wide.

Responsive – You will mind many of the elements in the design are responsive so phpLD local will play well on nearly any display size or device.

Color Selection – You can change the color theme to any color you like through admin.

The Fine Print – You must have a phpLD license to use phpLD Local for each instance of phpLD as per our terms of service. Beyond that there is no additional charge. It is currently considered in Beta, so this means free support is very limited. You are most welcome to post any questions or concerns in our forums. Enjoy!
