The White Paper template at the time of this writing is available for phpLD version 3.3 and is available here for download. Here is a link to the original discussion thread on this template. To avoid spam the template maker built in “no follow” tags for the submit page and contact page. As you can distinguish, the template’s content area resembles a ripped sheet of paper with a blue background. They also made it so that only featured links have thumbnails of the site, and finally they inserted some adsense units. Unfortunately, the demo is not online now but hopefully the example white paper representation below will be adequate for your scrutiny.
